Refund eligibility
A refund review may be available when RynoSMS fails to issue a paid number, the selected route becomes unavailable before use, or a confirmed platform fault prevents delivery.
Automatic and reviewed credits
Where supported, cancelled activations that receive no message may be credited automatically. Other claims require support review and evidence.
Exclusions
- A message or verification code was received.
- The number was used, shared, blocked, or configured incorrectly.
- The claim concerns a third-party platform decision.
- The request resulted from prohibited or unlawful activity.
How to request a refund
Submit the order ID, issue description, timestamps, and screenshots through support as soon as possible. Approved refunds are normally returned as RynoSMS account credit unless applicable law requires another method.
Processing
Review time depends on carrier logs, provider responses, and payment reconciliation. We will communicate the outcome through the account or support channel used for the request.
