Digital delivery
RynoSMS services are delivered electronically. After successful payment and inventory confirmation, the number or route appears in your dashboard with its available inbox controls.
Delivery timing
Most eligible orders are provisioned shortly after confirmation. Carrier capacity, provider maintenance, compliance checks, and payment review can cause delays.
Message delivery
SMS arrival depends on the sender, carrier, route, destination country, and selected platform. Provisioning a number does not guarantee that every third-party service will send or accept a message.
Customer responsibilities
- Select the correct country and service.
- Confirm the rental duration or activation window.
- Keep the dashboard session and account secure.
- Report missing delivery with order details and timestamps.
Delivery issues
If a confirmed order does not appear or a route cannot start, contact support. Eligible remedies are handled under our Return and Refund Policies.
